As part of the international partnership and higher education exchange, the Pangasinan State University hosted a two-day conference on the CDIO (conceive-design-implement-operate) Model of Thu Duc College of Technology – Vietnam on March 15-16, 2023.
Organized by PSU’s Vice-President for Academic and Student Affairs Dr. Manolito C. Manuel, participants to the international collaboration included college deans, department chairpersons and selected faculty members from campuses that offer BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science and BS Mathematics programs.
The resource speakers from Thu Duc College of Technology – Vietnam were Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, Head of the Department of Software Engineering, and Dr. Phan Thi The, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology.
The convention intends to introduce and prepare the faculty members of Information Technology and Mathematics in adopting the CDIO Framework for better curriculum design and educational strategies.
