Enhancing the standard way of living in the direction of national industrialization and rural development, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) held its partnership meeting for the Implementation of the Agrarian Reform Fund (ARF) – Tissue Culture and Greenhouse project on February 17 at the Golden Lion Hotel in Lingayen town.

In this juncture, Pangasinan State University, particularly the campuses of Lingayen-Main, Infanta and Sta. Maria that offer agricultural courses, took part in the collaboration meeting and were granted funds to expedite the implementation of the project.

The event focused on carrying out the ARF-Tissue Culture and Greenhouse program among the participants and recipients.

DAR also introduced its three -tier program: We Farm, We Grow, and We Build.
The provincial government of Pangasinan along with the LGUs of Alaminos City, Bayambang and Urbiztondo were the recipients of the ARF-Tissue Culture and Greenhouse.
