Spearheaded by Dep’t of Agriculture Secretary William Dar, other government officials present in the event were Pangasinan Governor Amado ‘Pogi’ I. Espino III, Congressman Christopher ‘Toff’ de Venecia, Hon. Nestor D. Domenden (DA OIC-Regional Director, and PSU Regent).
