Santos in her speech as she welcomes participants in today’s Seminar-Training on the Introduction to Gender Analysis, GAD Mainstreaming, GAD Planning and Budgeting and Conducting GAD-Related Research and Extension Program.
Mr. Donald James Gawe, Assistant Regional Director of NEDA Region 1 served as the resource speaker whose lectures revolved on different gender issues.
