With this, PSU provided SIM cards with free load to the members of Indigenous Groups (Kankanaey, Bago, and Ibaloi) from Brgy. Mapita Aguilar enrolled in Lingayen and Binmaley Campuses to assist them in the online learning. It can be recalled that President Dexter R. Buted personally went to Brgy. Mapita to invite out-of-school youth from the group to enrol in PSU. He also handed in Christmas present to the children in the community.
