Bolstering a stronger workforce and a more cohesive work process, Pangasinan State University’s Finance Management Division engaged in two-day employee development and team-building activity on June 10-11, 2022, in Caliraya Lumban, Laguna.

The exercise brought together the whole finance management division of PSU’s nine campuses with the goal of upskilling the potential of the employees and maintaining worker unity and building the effectiveness of the group while having a little fun.

Carefully planned and organized by University Officials under the Finance Management Division led by Vice President Dr. Maria Corazon B. Puzon along with Mr. Rennie D. Martinez (Acting Director for Accounting Services), Dr. Narciso F. Castro (Director for IGP & Auxiliary Services), Ms. Jeanilyn L. Villanueva (Director for Budget Services) and Ms. Jesille Q. Viernes (University Cashier), the team building activity was attended by more than seventy (70) participants from FMD.

“It is beneficial to undergo such a venture in order to establish camaraderie, realize strengths and weaknesses and improve the mindset of employees to help achieve the University’s goals,” Dr. Puzon stressed during the opening program.

The two-day event was made possible through the unwavering support of the visionary University President Dr. Dexter R. Buted who believes that manpower plays an essential role for an organization to become successful.
