PSU is the FIRST MULTI-CAMPUS STATE UNIVERSITY in the country to receive ISO 9001:2015 Certification by Internationally recognized certifying body, Anglo Japanese American (AJA) Registrars, Inc. on 2017.

The Quality Management System being institutionalized in PSU through ISO 9001:2015 is part of the endeavors of the university in providing quality education and satisfactory service delivery to the most valuable clienteles – the STUDENTS.

The scope of the established Quality Management System of PSU covers the provision of Tertiary services in Instruction, Research, Extension, and Production. It also includes University Level Management Processes, Performance Evaluation and Improvement processes, and Campus Support services.

PSU maintained the certification by undergoing the ISO 9001:2015 Re-certification Audit by SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc. last 2019 with NO Major Nonconformity found.
