Pangasinan State University marks history once more as the Philippines’ first-ever SUC to achieve Investors in People (IiP) Gold Status.

Charged with an undaunted commitment to sustain a culture of excellence in leading people, PSU earns the ‘We Invest in People Gold Accreditation,’ today, September 29.

As PSU realizes the importance of human capital in its overall institutional performance, the higher accreditation reflects the unbounded and skyward commitment of the Top Management in providing continuous development to its people even in the midst of a pandemic.

PSU is the country’s first among the ranks of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) to receive an IiP Silver Accreditation Status in 2018 and, now, the coveted Gold Status.

Heralded as the “Global Seal of Excellence in People Management,” IiP is a non-profit organization that provides frameworks and standards to assist businesses in developing better organizational and staff cultures.

The IiP has over three decades of experience creating the gold standard for human resource management by defining what it takes to lead, support, and manage people for sustainable outcomes.
